Our forthcoming events:
Ohr Chayim and consequently the BCC Family Programs are in transition. We are in the process of experimenting and adapting our program so that it can meet the changing needs of our students and their families.
For this Saturday, we welcome our BCC Families who are not part of Ohr Chayim to join us from 11am until 11:30am. We start snack at 11am and then do some singing together.
Saturday, May 7
Ohr Chayim, 10am. Ohr Chayim starts with a family service at 10am led by BCC’s clergy (Rabbi Lisa 1st Saturday of the month, Cantor Juval 2nd Saturday of the month), followed by Torah and Hebrew classes for children, schmoozing and Torah study for adults. The clergy led half hour service is a warm, friendly and a spirited way to spend Shabbat together. We have an 11am snack and 11:15am Tfilah/singing that can work for all ages. Email Leah at firstname.lastname@example.org to learn more or to plan a visit.
Friday-Sunday, May 13-15
It’s LGBT Family Camp Time! Many of our BCC families participate in the family camp and enjoy spending a Shabbat with other LGBT families. In addition to times that the families spend together, the counselors will take care of your children and you can enjoy activities, learning and socializing with the other parents.
